If you have a copy of the Windows CD in the drive, click any button to start the CD-blue screen appears, choose to install the installation of the operating system (not repair) appears in seconds window, which should give you another chance to select the operating system in this repair repair takes 30 minutes, until the repair and they lost no data, only a few drivers can be downloaded online from your done!

Unfortunately, in my humble opinion, at the time this team a new user is worth nothing, you need to reformat and reinstall Windows.

Install the hard disk to another computer on your data or booting from a Linux live CD to restore order to your files on a USB device or a computer on your network.

Here you can find a good Linux / live-CD:

http://knoppix.org

This is a complete operating system, run entirely on the CD.
Start on the hard drive and recover data from there.

I've just removed from another PC with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:

http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

You may use the free version. Eliminate these and other unpleasant things. If you have problems, I recommend you go to this page and ask for help:

There are people who are excellent at removing malware and you can see some personal help.

Do you have a CD-ROM? You may need to enter the BIOS and change the boot order. Make sure that your PC is booting on the first CD before recording to disk. Follow the steps as if you install Windows, but if you will be prompted to select the repair.

The next time you try to enter "safe mode" before you try to remove them all. Or the virus can spread without your knowledge.
